The bands of Athens, GA experimental-pop based Elephant 6 Collective have always had a strange fascination with Christmas. Nearly every band at one point or another has done a song about the cozy holiday. This “release” (I say this because I think it’s a fan-made compilation) features Christmas songs from various bands of the collective. The more mainstream E6 groups like of Montreal and The Olivia Tremor Control are represented and the more obscure such as My First Keyboard and The Sixth Great Lake take shine as well.
