Despite Ryan posting this a long time ago on Geroni Listening I felt compelled to share it again as the name of our blog shares the title of track four from this album. This is a fun, up-beat album with infectious melodies and electronica instrumentation. Not overbearing on the electronic side of things; indie-pop is still used with acoustic guitars and the like. Noir is also obviously inspired by sixties’ bands like The Beatles or Beach Boys as evident in harmonies and arrangements. The catchy melodies mixed with the splendid lyrics and arrangements make this, dare I say, a perfect album? Yes, it is, download now.
